Timezones are frustrating and confusing for most people, whether you’re traveling or just trying to schedule meetings for work. And how often I see software where the time is persisted in the local timezone without regard on how difficult it’ll be later on manage. And this is for official timezones, what about the unofficial?
Well, it appears that royalty believes that they can define time to fit their own needs.
