Building Linux on M1 Mac Pro

I recently loaded Asahi Linux on a M1 Mac Mini and am testing it, seeing if I can make it sweat.

I download the Linux 6.8.7 source and built the kernel. I won’t go into the details because, truthfully, it was uneventful and a non-event. Total time

scsosna@triompe:~/data/linux/linux-6.8.7$ time make-j $(nproc)
