As seen in person at a local establishment of adequate dining … a little difficult to see, but underneath the urinal is a bucket to catch …. piss? For the garçon de piss to dump on a regular basis? Why would you not mark it as out of order? Or alternatively, remove the urinal and use the bucket directly?
Surprising, while I’ve seen a fair share of plumbing mistakes and cover-ups, this takes the cake….
