Meandering Thoughts #43

In April, I attended Devoxx Greece at the Megaron Athens International Conference Centre: great conference, great venue, blah blah blah.

What I can’t understand is two UK-styled outlets are installed under a bench in the Megaron. Greece uses type C and type F outlets, as does all of continental Europe. Someone visiting to Greece from the United Kingdom would need adapters for their equipment – such as in their hotel rooms – so why were these installed? I can’t explain.
