During a walking tour of Trondheim, Norway, our guided stopped on Brattøra, an artificial island built for industrial use. While he explained the background of the area and pointed out important buildings or whatever, I saw an opportunity.
The clouds reflecting off the undisturbed water is what initially caught my eye, giving the impression of the buildings being sandwiched between multiple layers of clouds. Later I noticed the buildings’ different styles and colors which make the picture more interesting than just the clouds.
Both pictures were taken on my iPhone 16, the top 4:3 and the bottom 16:9. I haven’t decided if I prefer including the boat, as I do like the buildings having a larger presence in top photo.. Regardless, both are gorgeous photos which need to be printed at some point!
