What defines legitimate “home use?” The obvious use is for home stoups for whom need to bless themselves as they enter/leave someone’s home. Home baptisms? Baking home confessional wafers?
How about taking 80 gallons for a fish tank containing blessed goldfish? Watering house plants by your priest? Home exorcisms?
It would not be surprising if the source isn’t run-of-the-mill city water that is piped into a reservoir to be blessed.
