Saturday I passed my ham radio technicians exam, paid my FCC license fee Tuesday, and today received my call sign. I may now legally communicate with other amateur radio operators, within the limits of my technician license.
What’s next? Not sure. I purchased an inexpensive hand transceiver (HT) this morning to begin playing around, but otherwise I’m really not sure what this all means. A casual hobby or a total ham geek? Stay tuned
